You may have gotten really good at figuring things out.
Until suddenly you can't.
The planner works for two weeks. Basic tasks take way more energy than they "should." You know what you need to say but can't always get the words out. You're capable at work and completely depleted at home. Or you've spent years adapting to everyone around you and aren't entirely sure what actually works for *you*.
You don't need another system built for someone else's brain.
You may need support figuring out what works for yours.

Hi, I'm Michelle.
I'm a speech-language pathologist, neurodivergent coach and late-diagnosed ADHDer who has always been fascinated by communication, which feels a little ironic considering how much time I've spent replaying my own conversations.
Earlier in my career, I did a lot of traditional social skills work. Eye contact goals. Topic maintenance. Teaching people how to communicate in ways that looked "appropriate." Eventually, I started wondering:
Who were these goals actually for?
That question changed the way I work. My own ADHD diagnosis added another layer, helping me better understand my experiences with communication, executive functioning and everyday life.
Now I focus less on getting people to communicate the "right" way and more on understanding what's getting in the way, what they actually need and how we can build support that works for them.
