The Neurospicy Collective

Practical, personalized support for building a life that works with your brain.

A 12-week coaching program for autistic, ADHD and otherwise neurodivergent adults who want help with follow-through, communication, burnout, daily life and the things that seem much harder than they are “supposed” to be.

Together, we figure out what is getting in the way, create support that fits your actual brain and adjust it when real life inevitably refuses to follow the plan.

You do not need a formal diagnosis. You do not need to prove that you are struggling enough. You can start exactly where you are.

Not sure yet? The quiz will help you decide whether this kind of support matches what you need.

Maybe you do not need another planner. Maybe you need support that accounts for how your brain actually works.

This might sound familiar:

  • You know what needs to be done, but starting it feels strangely impossible.

  • You can create a great system, but cannot consistently use it.

  • Basic tasks such as eating, showering, answering messages or going to bed can require far more effort than other people realize.

  • You wait until pressure becomes unbearable because urgency is the only thing that gets your brain moving.

  • You rehearse conversations repeatedly, then lose access to the words when you need them.

  • You appear capable on the outside while using nearly everything you have to keep up.

  • You are tired of advice that assumes more discipline, more consistency or a prettier calendar will solve the problem.

The Neurospicy Collective gives us space to understand what is happening beneath the stuckness and build support around your needs, energy and real life.

Individual support, without feeling like you’re doing it alone

Despite the name, your experience in the Neurospicy Collective is shaped around you. Your coaching, tools and support are individualized to your life, needs and capacity.

Enrollment is rolling, so you can begin when the timing is right rather than waiting for a new group to start. While members may have optional opportunities to connect as the Collective grows, your progress does not depend on participating in a group.

You’re on an individual journey, but you’re not the only one figuring this out.

WHY I CREATED THE NEUROSPICY COLLECTIVE

You may not need more advice. You may need support applying it to your actual life.

In this short video, I share why I created the Neurospicy Collective and why weekly support alone often leaves neurodivergent adults trying to solve the hardest parts between appointments.

The Neurospicy Collective was created to offer practical, individualized support while life is actually happening, including help between sessions when plans need to change.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT?

This is not therapy and not a productivity bootcamp.

This is not another system you have to force yourself to follow.

You will not be handed one ideal routine and expected to maintain it for 12 weeks.

We look at what is happening in your actual life. What keeps getting stuck? What takes too much energy? What do you want to make easier, clearer or more sustainable?

Then we build from there.

Personalized coaching

Your support is based on your needs, priorities and current capacity, not a standard checklist of what a successful adult “should” be doing.

Support between sessions

You do not have to wait until the next call to explain that the plan stopped working. Between-session support gives you a place to ask questions, work through barriers and adjust strategies while they are still relevant.

Communication through an SLP lens

As a speech-language pathologist, I pay close attention to processing, communication and the gap between knowing what you need and being able to express it. We can work on conversations, boundaries and self-advocacy in ways that feel natural to you.

Accountability without shame

Accountability here is not someone checking whether you behaved. It is support with remembering, starting, adapting and returning after something falls off.

No performance of neurotypicality required

The aim is not to make you appear more organized, social or regulated for everyone else’s comfort. It is to help you understand yourself and build a life that is more workable for you.

WHAT WE CAN WORK ON

Support might include:

  • Finding a way to begin tasks before they become emergencies

  • Creating routines that still work on lower-energy days

  • Making food, hygiene or household tasks more manageable

  • Planning without turning planning into another overwhelming project

  • Recognizing overload earlier and responding to it

  • Preparing for conversations, interviews or requests for accommodations

  • Communicating needs in work, family and relationships

  • Setting boundaries without needing the perfect explanation

  • Understanding masking and deciding when it feels safe to use less of it

  • Rebuilding trust in yourself after years of misunderstood struggles

  • Adjusting to a late diagnosis or a new understanding of your brain

We will not address all of these simply because they appear on a curriculum. We will focus on what is making the biggest difference in your life right now.

Maybe your struggles have been misunderstood

Difficulty starting may have been called laziness.
Overwhelm may have been seen as overreacting.
Inconsistent capacity may have been mistaken for not caring.

Inside the Neurospicy Collective, we get curious about what is happening underneath the surface instead of beginning with blame.

Hi. I'm Michelle.

I’m a speech-language pathologist, neuroaffirming coach and late-diagnosed ADHD adult who understands how exhausting it can be to keep forcing systems that look good on paper but do not work in real life.

My SLP background gives me a unique lens on communication, processing and self-advocacy, including the gap between knowing what you need and being able to express it when the moment comes.

Inside the Neurospicy Collective, I bring that expertise together with practical executive functioning support and lived experience. We get curious about what is getting in the way, find tools that fit your brain and keep adjusting until the support feels useful in your actual life.
